About
We fix processes.
Nurses Solution Consulting brings clinical discipline to everyday operations: find where the work breaks, fix it, and leave behind something your team can run.
Eric H. Palmer
DNP, MHA, RN, CAHIMS, NHDP-BC
Founder
Navy Veteran
West Lafayette, Indiana
Over 30 years of nursing experience spanning clinical practice, leadership, and health informatics.
Eric has led at the chief nursing officer level, worked in CIO and informatics roles, and worked in patient safety and emergency preparedness. He is board certified as a National Healthcare Disaster Professional (NHDP-BC), trained in the FEMA Incident Command System, and works in health system informatics today.
His doctoral work centers on system processes, which is the thread through everything NSC does. A roster that lives in six spreadsheets and a hospital running on paper during an outage are the same kind of problem: work that depends on memory and workarounds instead of a process that holds.

Consultant

Lisa builds the structure that makes training stick.
She spent five years in Purdue’s Office of the Provost untangling curriculum processes for faculty across the university, and before that led a team of 17 instructional designers turning out more than 100 online courses a year. She also guided veterinary faculty at Texas A&M through the curriculum changes their accreditation required.
What working with NSC looks like
Scoped and priced first
You know the scope and the price before any work starts.
You keep what we build
Every engagement ends with the working template, written steps, and a recorded walkthrough.
Reviewed before delivery
When specialists help on a project, they work under the same confidentiality terms, and Eric reviews everything before it reaches you.
