AI Concierge

Done-for-you process and AI work for small businesses and nonprofits

We do the tedious work, then make sure it stays done.

AI Concierge is for organizations without an IT department or the hours to learn new tools. It runs in three steps, in order: do the work, teach the people, set the rules.

Step 1

Do the work

Pick the manual, recurring task that costs your team the most time. We automate it and test it on your real data before handing it over.

30 hours of work

Operations Reset

For a tangle of related work: up to 5 data sources and 5,000 rows, rebuilt into one process your staff can run.

$8,400$6,300 for nonprofits

Data cleanup

$280 per hour, $210 for nonprofits. Used only when the first look shows your data is in worse shape than the package covers, and always quoted and approved before work starts.

Care and Feeding

$400 per month for up to 2 hours of changes, with a 5 business day response. Month to month, offered after a delivered engagement.

Nonprofit rate

Nonprofits receive 25% off everything on this page.

Step 2

Teach the people

New tools fail quietly when staff do not know where they break. Training is short, specific to the tools you already use, and built around one habit.

  • Single-tool training. A 60-minute session on one AI tool already in your workplace: how it works, where it fails, what the user is still responsible for, and what to do when something goes wrong.
  • For nursing schools and facilities. Eight self-paced modules for nurses, built around the clinical edition of the AI Cross-Check.

The AI Cross-Check

Before you act on anything an AI tool gives you, ask:

  1. Does this make sense?
  2. What might the AI be missing?
  3. Who is responsible?

Then decide:

Step 3

Set the rules

Most small organizations are already using AI tools without agreeing on how. A short written policy settles it.

  • Which AI tools are approved, and for what
  • What information never goes into them
  • Who checks output before it leaves the building
  • What to do when something goes wrong

Ground rules

Priced before we start

Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work begins. Anything extra is quoted and approved first.

Specialists, reviewed

Specialists may work alongside Eric under the same confidentiality terms. He reviews everything before it is delivered.
